    When WRC finds a value in this section, it removes ALL the values in:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\SharedDlls (if the missing value is in this key)
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\SharedDlls (if the missing value is in this key)
    It should remove only the found value/s (or not?).
    This behaviour is also present in WiseCare365.

    I would welcome some advice regarding speeding up the boot time for my Windows 10 tablet PC.
    1. Another utility regularly reports my startup time as between 85 and 120 seconds It is far from constant. Wise however normally reports it  as a fairly constant 50 to 55 seconds (which I understand is not bad for my setup). Why the difference and which is likely to be right?
    2. In Wise when I click to speed up start it responds that this must be done manually. How? In the Wise Startup Manager I have experimented with switching on and off nearly all the settings --- about half are currently switched to off (I presume these items are just delayed and will launch a short while later?)  However, this has not affected the startup time reported noticeably, it is always 50 to 55 seconds whatever I do.
    Any advice on this?

    I operate Windows 7 Ultimate bit64
    I have a problem on my networking
    My networking is under Darryl-PC
    I have 2 internal & 2-external Drives,I have allowed sharing on all these drives for which it allows
    My problem is,
    When I open Network under Darryl-PC,it lists all the drives shared BUT BUT
    If I try & open any one of themit states
    Windows cannot access \\Darryl-PC\C (for example) & therefore each drive is the same
    To me,it is a windows access problem,HOW do I fix it

    After cleaning with terrific WDC I can NOT click on wheel (up-right) or "connecting" = all are greyed ! (first pic).
    Second pic all is normal B4 cleaning with terrific WDC...
    If I "delete all surfing parameters" in MS EDGE after cleaning its the same, there is Nothing to do to go back to "normal state" except rebooting my computerS...
    In this picture if you look upside I do NO have the arrows on flash to go next and some website do not load

    This option is default and deletes all downloaded files-musci document and so.
    You better remove at all-now it does not help just making lot of trouble
    In former versions this option was not present
    Do not make the software too sofisticated-we need to do some thing ourselves because we know what to do- you don't.

    as the title would suggest strongly to insert a module in wise care of cleaning old drivers and all their tracks ... as you know very often need to do a deep cleaning of the driver when you have problems with your video card or you have to change as well as the rest of the hardware ... I hope that in the next version there's this work that I recommend

    Since installing Wise Care 365 I start everyday by being annoyed because the location displayed is 200 miles from my home. This is a desktop computer without a GPS & I know that the location is chosen by the IP address provided by my ISP.  
    I understand what is causing this but the only resolution I can find is to change ISPs.  The weather is only a minor part of the problem since virtually all apps use this location, not just Wise Bootup Booster.  Ideally, someone would have an idea of how to change this in Windows 10.  I am constantly changing the location of my default stores to a town that is only 7 miles from me but it never sticks for more than one session.
    Any help out there besides to disable this app loading at startup so it is not in my face as soon as I log on to my computer?

    Files hidden with WFH will not be lost in your devices.  However, sometimes you do cannot find them  either because you forgot the password  or your operating system changed  . In this case, please follow the steps below to retrieve your files:
    1. Unzip and install the file downloaded from the link below.
    2. Open the main surface of the tool, choose the drive you used to place the files hidden. Then click "Search".
    3. Find a folder named "...." (or, similar [[[[) in the left column. Then click the arrows below until you find the folder named "hide". (P.S. in the search box, do not enter any words!)
    4. Click on the folder named "hide", a list of files will show up in the right.
    5. Select the files you want to retrieve

    I have tested Wise Disk Claener for several weeks now and I am very happy with it.
    But now a new automatic update was released, and I would like to use this occasion to hint onto two issues:
    (1) When the program is updated, it does not save the "exlusion of files" from scanning. This is annoying, as I have a list of allowed cookies in my firefox profile (all other cookies are blocked).
    (2) The "lightening of the system" - tab (3rd one; sorry, if the translation is not correct, as I have the French version) allows to remove the photo- / music- and video-samples in the public folders. This is in principle a nice feature, however removing those files leads to the fact that sfc / scannow reports corruption errors (without indicating what they are; I verified with the third party software: SFCfix). Wouldn' it be possible to remove these files without triggering sfc /scannow to report errors ? Because when running sfc / scannow afterwards, one then always needs to verify in a rather complex way, whether the errors / corruptions reported are "only" those resulting from the removal of the sample files in the public folder or whether there are other, more serious, issues.
    But as I said, otherwise this is a very nice tool.

    Recent changes: I thought it would be easy the environment variable: Path and now i can´t run any program, not even the wise cleaner
    So far, I have tried Dos commands to restore Path with no success

    Hello all members,
    The "Mark Solved" option has been activated in the Computer Trouble-Shooting Discussion Board. Now originating posters (OPs) can select their own "Best Answer."
    How it works:
    Each member response to an originating poster's issue will now include a "Mark Solved" button that can only be seen by the OP (see image1). If a specific response solves the OPs issue, he/she can simply click the Mark Solved button for that specific response and it will automatically do two things:
    1. It will update the index to show the OPs issue as "Answered." (see image2)
    2. It will add the "Best Answer" to the top of the OPs post. (see image3)
    This new feature could really benefit members or guests that are looking for solutions while browsing or searching the Computer Trouble-Shooting Discussion Board.
    Note: The Wise Specific Product Boards do not have this feature enabled.
