It was not a driver problem, simply not compatible with win8.
I uninstall the Camera app and reinstall it.
I had problems verifying my microsoft account so uninstalling the app was not a option before but finally verified it and now can install from the Win.Store.
    It works fine now

(The problem maybe done by error in uninstalling a software because it happened after I uninstall a software)

I removed the (" ") as instructed and using command prompt (admin) I typed "sfc /scannow" (without the quotation), waited until 100% and showed:

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some
of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not
    supported in offline servicing scenarios.

after that I typed dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth (without the quotation), waited until 100% and showed that it was complete.

It didn't do anything (I think) because it was still the same. I installed Malwarebytes because I noticed that there are softwares I didn't install. After the scan, cleanup and restart, my "system32" problem didn't occur anymore.

It maybe because of command prompt or malwarebytes that it was fixed. I don't know for sure but glad it was fixed.

You can try superdelete file removal, inside superantispyware free (click system tools and program settings), or unlocker installer (1.9.2) or portable (1.9.0)

    Yup.
Today I installed that important update (Win 8.1 service pack 1?), rebooted the machine and later I used WiseCare365 and now I get this:

I'm using the pc checkup function and the system cleaner function (registry cleaner, common cleaner, advanced cleaner)... Are you using the same functions or are you using only the pc checkup function?
Anyway this should reported separately from this topic, on its own one, since wisecleaner moderators/admins/developers could not read it here.
If you prefer, I could split the posts we made (regarding this problem).

That behaviour has appeared for sure with this update:

There is a problem with the latest iTunes update which pops up error messages about two different missing .dll files.  They are not really missing.  If you check out the Apple Forums, you will see that many folks experiencing the same problem.  The solution is to remove/uninstall all Apple applications from your computer and then reinstall everything again.  Your error messages will disappear.  The problem is caused by the uninstaller for the version being updated deregisters a service before stopping it, which causes the upgrade to go sideways.

Hope this helps.  Have a great day.

    Regards,

Fardun:  It would seem that you have Search Conduit installed on your system.  It is a PUP (potentially unwanted program) and gets bundled in downloads and takes over your computer.  Download and run adwcleaner and junk removal tool (google them).  Those should delete Search Conduit and any other junk on your system.  You can also try to locate "Search Conduit" via the Control Panel or the Wise Program Uninstaller (preferable) and uninstall it that way.

Hope this helps.  Have a great day.

    Hi eleni!

    1) Download adwcleaner portable (click) and run it.
    2) Download wise care 365 portable (click), extract it and put it on your desired/preferred folder.
    3) Create a system restore point (or let it create by WiseCare, it should ask it to you the first time you run it)
    4) Double left-click wisecare365.exe, click custom checkup, select/tick all entries (or the entries that you prefer), click ok, click checkup now, wait until the scan finishes, click fix now.
    5) Click the third tab at top: system tuneup
On the left, click the fourth tab: startup manager
Remove unnecessary items (keep enabled antivirus and processor items)
    6) Launch sfc /scannow from an elevated command prompt
    7) Defrag your hard disks (it may take hours... Try first the OS partition only).
If you often get BSODs, skip this.

    Keep us informed.

    Hi ozax2851!
    You can also try:
    1) Check how to reset chrome settings
    2) Or rename default folder to backup-default inside C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\ (where the default folder is).

If those operations don't work, I think a reinstallation is needed. Let us know.
Looking forward for your kind feedback!

    Hi asrnk!

    (rundll32 - startup error ? )

    To remove TBupdater.dll, backgroundcontainer.dll, daemonprocess.exe errors:

    1) Remove mobogenie, OpenCandy, Quick Downloader, Conduit.
    From control panel, programs.
    2) Download/run these programs:
    Full scan with your antivirus
    adwcleaner (click)
    Junkware removal tool (click)
    superantispyware free (click)
sophos virus removal tool free (click)
    MBAM free (click)
stinger 32 bit (click) or stinger 64 bit (click)
(according to your windows BIT version)
MS Safety Scanner 32 bit (click) or MS Safety Scanner 64 bit (click)
(according to your windows BIT version)

Adwcleaner is usually sufficient to solve the problem (it's fast and easy).
    Anyway, other scans don't hurt!
