Why was the "Assistance" button removed from WiseCare 365? Will I still get notifications on my desktop from Euask?

A couple of days ago I download the FREE version of WiseCare365. I really liked the program and went online to see if there were any active give-a-ways of the PRO version. I found what I thought was one, however after downloading I see it is a pirated copy. I UNINSTALLED it right away. Then I tried to download the FREE version again but it keeps saying it is the PRO.
 
I have not paid for this software and cannot afford to at this time, but would like to use the FREE version. I am not that computer literate but would appreciate any help!

I have a HP QUAD Core - running Windows 8 Pro - with 16 GB of RAM, 750 GB HD.  I have installed Wise Care 365 Pro that updates to version 2.63.  Even though Wise Care 365 Pro is selected to run at Windows Start Up - It doesn't.  
 
I have emailed Technical Support at least 6 or 8 times trying to get this solved.  They -Technical Support have no solution for this - and here-to-fore have no solution.
 
The optimization of windows start up speed - for the program runs -  does run.  It generates a dialog box  and when "speed up" is selected - The program generates a message that states that the Software needs the user  - Me to optimize it in manual - because the software is not set to run automatically at Start Up - AND the beat goes on.- And this cycle goes round and round.
 
Wise Care 365 Pro has NO Solution for this.

Документ повреждается спустя некоторое время, после открытия на компьютере. Повреждются в основном документы с таблицами. В WordPad и блокноте документ открывается, но в другой кодировке и соответственно без таблиц. Тип документа указан как Word 97-2003, раньше на пк стоял Word 2003, сейчас стоит 10-ка. Исправление путей реестра и dll-ок не помогает, причина похоже в таблицах, но какой файл, или код ломает файл -- не ясно.

I tried running the compress utility and after it analyzes my system and asks me to start I click OK and I get "An error occurs: Failure to Restore". The application closes and the system reboots. When I launch the utility again and run the analysis one more time I get the same results and it appears as though the compress didn't run.
 
Any ideas?

Hello I am fed up with my dell laptop, i am experiencing slow system performance on windows 7. It shows me 58% CPU usage at average. Internet browsers are taking too much time to load and media devices also been hanging and taking time. Is disk cleaner is what i  need to use or not?

Windows Update in Win10 keeps displaying the same updates everytime I launch the Update program. WinUpdate installs them then when I check for updates or launch the program they display the same updates again. How can I fix this? Please answer asap!
 

When I am using Youtube, or watching videos on internet, mz CPU usage is 100%. Due to this, computer is running extremly slow.

1.60GHz
2.00 GB of RAM

I read in another forum reply that version 3.x will be released soon - I use the Pro version, in there any news on what changes or new features will be in version 3 please? 

Hi,   My Windows 7 is encrypted with VeraCrypt, but I think because of real time protection may have affected an encrypted partition.   Well, I had to perform a restore and this partition would not open without the Wise installed received a message that is "System Event Notification Service" can not be started.   Does "real time protection" function could be affected? Anyway it came only happen when installed Wise Care.

Запускаю goggle chrome, он запускается, но не может загрузить ни одной страницы, в том числе и главную страницу! в настройки не зайти, никуда не зайти! я его удалял, чистил реест, антивирусом проверял, переустанавливал. но проблема так и не решилась! Facendo queste operazioni ho scoperto che non funzionano più i collegamenti del riquadro di ricerca, cioè quando inserisco la parola chiave da ricercare appaiono dei suggerimenti che, se cliccati, non funzionano ma anche i collegamenti del menu che appare cliccando sul pulsante destro sopra lo "start",

I have an Access database which was copied to an USB device and has become corrupt.  I am getting the following error message: The Microsoft Jet database engine could not find the object 'Databases'.  Make sure the object exists and that you spell its name and the path name correctly. (Microsoft JET Database Engine). I have attempted to repair the database, run the JETCOMP.exe, import the data from another Access database, SQL Server, Excel; and continue to get the same error. I do not need the forms, queries, reports or macro's, only the table data. I am looking for a reliable company to look at the database and extract the data or software to get the data out.
