One dds file is not cleaned by WCare365 even after repeat action and reboot

Hi,

                . A file dds extension could not be cleaned by wise care 365. Every other item is cleaned by wise care. what this file is? Why it is shown as unsafe by wise care. Pl also say whether this has to be removed.

1, Why wise care 365 cannot clean this .dds item?

    Because the program which created the .dds registry key has higher permission than wise care 365. 

2, What is .dds file?

    Its file type is DirectDraw Surface. You can open this link to learn more about dds http://www.fileinfo.com/extension/dds

3, How to remove it?

    Right click on it, click Open in Registry editor. Then you can remove it by yourself.

                   Now i understand. Since wise cleaner shows this item in its scan, I asked. Now i am using your Program, by GOTD site, which if i update would become trial version.

You just try to reboot and troubleshoot your system and again scan or re-install wise cleaner latest version.

                        I got this version from Give away of the day GOTD offer. If i update, then this version become trial.
