xilolee Posted September 6, 2015 Report Posted September 6, 2015 Hi jkcharlie. I think you should provide at least your configuration, in order to get (effective) help from developers/admins. For example, you could answer these questions: - Laptop or Desktop? - Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)? - System Manufacturer? - Exact model number (if laptop, check label on bottom)? - OS (Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista, xp, other)? - OS version (standard, home, home basic, home premium, professional, ultimate, enterprise, other)? - x86 (32bit) or x64 (64bit)? - What was original installed OS in your PC? - CPU? - Video Card? - MotherBoard (if NOT a laptop)? - Power Supply - brand & wattage (if laptop, skip this one) You can find them using wise care 365 --> system monitor --> hardware overview and/or using Microsoft msinfo32 (click windows start, then all programs, then accessories, click command prompt, type msinfo32 in the command prompt black window and press enter on your keyboard).

WiseCleaner Posted September 11, 2015 Report Posted September 11, 2015 Hey jkcharlie, Sorry for the delay. I have done a test, run the Registry Defrag in Windows 8.1 x64 system. It worked well. So, do you install a third-party security product? And, thanks xilolee!
jkcharlie Posted September 11, 2015 Author Report Posted September 11, 2015 it's ok, I installed Kaspersky total security.

wisecleaner_admin Posted September 22, 2015 Report Posted September 22, 2015 Hey jkcharlie, Thanks! Maybe there was something wrong with the registry, but I'm not sure. Please download this portable wise registry cleaner, don't need to install it, just extract the zip file, then click WiseRegCleaner.exe It will show us the real error message. Please upload it. Thanks. Wise Registry Cleaner Portable.zip
jkcharlie Posted September 22, 2015 Author Report Posted September 22, 2015 thanks. I don't know how to find the error message, I clicked the WiseRegCleaner.exe, and the WiseRegCleaner windows shows up, but I didn't see any error message. and I was trying to upload the WiseRegCleaner.exe , but it says I don't have permission to upload this kind of file.
wisecleaner_admin Posted September 23, 2015 Report Posted September 23, 2015 Like I said, the attachment is a portable version of Wise Registry Cleaner, please download it, then extract the zip file. Then click WiseRegCleaner.exe to open the program, then run Registry Defrag to check whether it is working. If it still doesn't work, a message window will pops up.

wisecleaner_admin Posted September 24, 2015 Report Posted September 24, 2015 Thanks very much! The error message - Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service. You can try something:1, Please exit (disable) the antivirus software, then try to defrag registry again.2, A possible reason is the Nvidia graphic card driver. Please update it to the latest one. you can download it from its official website. Then try to defrag registry again.
jkcharlie Posted September 24, 2015 Author Report Posted September 24, 2015 thank you so much, I've tried to upgrade my graphic driver to the latest version, and also disabled the Kaspersky Total Security, but when I tried to defrag registry again, still the same thing happened, I still got the same error.
wisecleaner_admin Posted September 25, 2015 Report Posted September 25, 2015 It's too bad. I'm sorry, we cannot help you solve this issue. It is a problem of Windows system, not wisecleaner programs. Sorry! If you have solved the issue in the future, please share to us. Thanks!
