The "Mark Solved" option has been activated in the Computer Trouble-Shooting Discussion Board. Now originating posters (OPs) can select their own "Best Answer."
 
How it works:
 
Each member response to an originating poster's issue will now include a "Mark Solved" button that can only be seen by the OP (see image1). If a specific response solves the OPs issue, he/she can simply click the Mark Solved button for that specific response and it will automatically do two things:
 
1. It will update the index to show the OPs issue as "Answered." (see image2)
2. It will add the "Best Answer" to the top of the OPs post. (see image3)
 
This new feature could really benefit members or guests that are looking for solutions while browsing or searching the Computer Trouble-Shooting Discussion Board.
 
Note: The Wise Specific Product Boards do not have this feature enabled.

I have a Mediacom M-SBA11C Smartbook with Windows 10 Home 32bit.
I've  just reinstallled Windows 10 Home 32bit from a bootable USB. Everything works fine except one thing.
I'm left with no sound, I've already tried everything like updating drivers etc.
In the device manager there are two unknown devices that need to be reinstalled. I've tried the hardware legacy mode in the panel and put Realtek but still doesn't work. The audio services are on. Windows update installed a Realtek driver already but the sound devices are still not working. Even the sound controller has gone in the device manager, there are only two unknown devices with an exclamation mark and that need reinstalling. There is no sound output and it shows unknown.
I really don't know what to do.

If you can get the ip address, means the server is working well.

when is the program going to be able to detect solid state drives

Hi ! Dear friends I am using Dell inspiron i5 laptop. The problem is my system is not identifying battery. the Baterry was 100% charged and now drooping 1 unit as standby position. friends my laptop battery neither charged nor works. the massage showing 'plugged in but not charging'. Please help what i should do, my laptop battery starting works? Thanks.

Hello I am fed up with my dell laptop, i am experiencing slow system performance on windows 7. It shows me 58% CPU usage at average. Internet browsers are taking too much time to load and media devices also been hanging and taking time. Is disk cleaner is what i  need to use or not?

Why can't WiseDriver Care connect to server?
Is there a problem on your side?
 

I read in another forum reply that version 3.x will be released soon - I use the Pro version, in there any news on what changes or new features will be in version 3 please?

I downloaded from Wise Center three themes. Next I pasted this files to folder Themes in Wise Care 365.
Then I clicked to Themes button in window program selected and tried one after the other downloaded files. Unfortunately all files do not load up. They are not active. Well...why is this happening? Could you help me please?

I recently installed Wise Care.  I am concerned that it consistently reports a CPU utilization percentage that is much higher than Windows 7 Task Manager reports.
 
I watched Task Manager for several minutes and the CPU% varied from 35% down to 22%.  With no applications open, not connected to the internet, and no activity for at least 2 minutes, Task Manager stayed at 24% (only one SVCHOST active) and Wise Care stayed at 52%.
 
That seems like a rather large variance.
 
Can anybody explain the difference.

it took the slimming scan to create restore point 185secs..and then it cleared. the claim of it being fastest scanner probaley reserved for pc's that have higher capacity hdd or something.

Your program does not detect Install source traces. Every known registry cleaner program detects these traces.
 

In the last few weeks Wise DC has turned into a pile of rubbish. Despite settings having every single piece of internet cache set to be deleted (except only for saved form and passwords for Firefox) it is failing to delete 80% of Firefox and Opera cache. I now have to rely on CCleaner to do the job properly.

when in system cleaner - common cleaner - can we have save function at bottom of page. This means any boxes we check will stay checked.

When I go to MENU-settings,whenever I save a setting the settings box keeps closing. I have to keep reopening it to adjust other settings. Can you keep it open until we close it ourselves ?

The other day I decided to try the Program Uninstaller in the Utilities Sidebar over on the right of WC 365.  I figured if it worked exactly as the standalone version, I'd naturally delete the standalone version from my PA.com platform in my Flash Drive as I would of course no longer need it.  No use having the same app twice in my Flash Drive apps arsenal.
 
Well, if I deciphered correctly what then happened ... I believe Program Uninstaller proceeded to be downloaded.  I aborted the download because [A]  I already have a Wise Program Uninstaller.    I have Dial Up Internet and didn't expect to be downloading anything at that time.
 
QUESTION #1:  Do ALL of those "NEW" utilities in the Utilities Sidebar need to first be downloaded before being able to be used?
 
QUESTION #2:  Will these "NEW" utilities eventually be incorporated into Wise Care 365 in a future version?  If so, how many versions from the current version?  One?  Two?  You know ... so they wouldn't have to first be downloaded and installed.
 
In other words, I'm hoping to get to the point to where Wise Care 365 covers ALL the bases and functions of ALL the current Wise standalone products that I use.  I like to operate lean & mean.  So the less standalone Wise apps that I'd have to have installed in my PA.com platform and have WC 365 cover all those functions ... the better.  Especially given that right now I haven't even seen a portable version of Wise Force Deleter.
