Hence, if you trust roxio (i.e., if it is a good source, in your opinion), do a Windows "clean boot" and re-try. If I were you, I'd make few scans with several antiviruses (see virustotal.com, metascan-online.com, jotti.org, virscan.org)... Even if it is a good source.
