melvinfish Posted January 24, 2015 Report Posted January 24, 2015 using wise care 365 with windows 7 doing the initial pc checkup the program hangs indefinitely when it gets to usless files junk files created by applications. Any suggestions how to get through this. Rustyamins 1

Where have you downloaded your WIseCare365 version? From wisecleaner.com? Or from another website? Are you using the installer or the portable version? What antivirus/firewall are you using? Could you check your complete OS version? (example: Windows 7 home basic 32bit) You can find it in Control Panel\System and Security\System:

Or, you can click System Cleaner->Common Cleaner, to clean them. If it still freeze, give me a screenshot. I want to know exactly where it stop cleaning
