From CreateObject Function (Visual Basic)

Exception 429:

- ProgId not found or not supplied

OR

- ServerName fails the DnsValidateName function, most likely because it is longer than 63 characters or contains an invalid character.

Check also Cannot create ActiveX Component

Someone else says that you can try to repair your office installation (through control panel, programs, office, repair).

If those hints don't help to solve the problem, we need more informations, like:

What MS office version are you using?

Are you trying to program in visual basic or in VBA?

Are you using a program already compiled/done?
