wise care 365-advanced cleaning

In advanced cleaning, when i click to drag down hard drive, nothing happens. Not working. I would send screenshot but error shows up saying violation address.

Available physical memory: 1962 MB

CPU: Intel® Atom CPU Z2760 @ 1.80GHz

Drive Info:

C: 51.08 GB

Internet Explorer: 11.0

In addition to what i submitted before, i just want to add that is says - please select a hard drive. It doesn't say - local hard drives(c:\ )

Do you try it again? Run wise care 365--->Advanced cleaner?

And we need a screenshot to analyze the problem.
