If you have or haven't already sent a mail to support AT wisecleaner DOT com, I'll inform anyway WiseCleaner Team.

Unfortunately I can not find an older version of WFH (or any other WiseCleaner products).

I have an older ver on my PC, what can i do?

1, uninstall old version, v2.02 or v3.11?

2, install new version, v3.11 or v3.12?

3, do you have installed double systems, Win xp and Win 7?

Please try to use Wise Data Recovery to recover your files.

1. v3.11

2. v3.12

3. No, one system, win 8.1

I tried but Wise Data Recovery is useless for me

I tried also other recovery softwares like recuva or easeUS, recovered, but all files (video files) has been damaged and unreadable.
