1) Open regedit, go to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows

check if:

- "LoadAppInit_DLLs"=dword:00000000

- "RequireSignedAppInit_DLLs" shouldn't exist

- "AppInit_DLLs"=""
