japesalan Posted April 29, 2015 Report Posted April 29, 2015 When using the mouse, the mouse pointer on the screen freezes. Why is that and what can I do to fix it? I have an Acer computer, Aspire 5517 with Windows7 and C drive. Operating system:Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bit) Service Pack 1 System root: C:Windows Available physical memory: 2812 MB CPU: AMD Athlon Processor TF-36 Drive Info: C: 220.78 GB E: 465.76 GB Internet Explorer: 11.0
xilolee Posted May 1, 2015 Report Posted May 1, 2015 Hi japesalan. It seems to me you have got a little more of the minimum amount of RAM required for Windows 7 64bit. Probably more RAM could help. Anyway, for now, you could try some of the Free tools (Anti-malware, anti-spyware, anti-virus) that you could use to inspect your computer.
