wisecleaner_admin Posted March 4, 2015 Report Posted March 4, 2015 When it disconnect from internet, was it using battery (the battery was full or empty)? Did you try to uninstall / reinstall the wireless adapter driver?
RockHi Posted March 5, 2015 Author Report Posted March 5, 2015 Not on battery, on power. I tried downloading a new wireless driver and a new ethernet one but couldn't get either to install. Tried uninstalling the existing drivers but could not do that either!!
xilolee Posted March 5, 2015 Report Posted March 5, 2015 Hi RockHi. Open Windows device manager, network adapters, double-left-click your wireless network adapter, left-click (open) the power management tab, untick "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power", click ok (and see if this helps, the following days...). Keep us updated.
