singo23 Posted November 2, 2014 Report Posted November 2, 2014 Hi, Since removing Norton 360 I am unable to install Bullguard antivirus. Bullguard suggested installing Visual Basic c++ 2010 package, which I've done (although that took ages to sort out). I've reinstalled Windows 7 + all available updates but I'm still getting the same error message. Any suggestions? rachelle Posted November 3, 2014 Report Posted November 3, 2014 Be aware that you can cause permanent damage to your computer system if the AppCrash error is left unrepaired.
