xilolee Posted August 8, 2014 Report Share Posted August 8, 2014 1) Check for malware with these tools: Free tools (Anti-malware, anti-spyware, anti-virus) that you could use to inspect your computer.2) Launch sfc /scannow from an elevated command prompt, report here the final message given by that tool.
