als ik naar app venster ga in win 8.1 en klik op eender welke app ,

refreschd gewoon zelfde scherm , geen enkele app gaat open ??

 

heb avast al uitgeschakeld , analyze en optimalisatie uitgevoerd , niks helpt ..

 

wat kan ik nog proberen ?
