Wiederherstellungspunkte werden nicht mehr erzeugt

Wie auf dem Screenshot zu sehen soll ich die Erstellung eines Wiederherstellungspunktes deaktiviert haben sollen...hab ich aber nicht.

Meine Frage : Wo aktiviere ich diese Einstellung wieder?, denn die Schalter zum Konfigurieren & Erstellen sind auch "lahm" gelegt...

Für eine Hilfe wäre ich sehr dankbar.

Try this way:

1, Click Start menu, type gpedit.msc in searching box, open Local Group Policy Editor

2, Click Computer Configuration--->Administrative Templates--->System--->System Restore, 

    Double Turn off Configuration--->click Disable then click OK to save settings.

If you are not using the PRO version of Windows 8.1 (like it seems from your message), save the following code in a text file as restoreSystemRestore.REG (or the name that you prefer, but with .reg extension!), double click the file and add it to the registry.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\SystemRestore]
