I bet if I repair .dll dynamic link libray file associations and re-register the .dll in question, this would stop or get a valid .dll that's erroring and/ or both these, Your saoftware does nothing as I never have the issues You fix ever occur... I have had them but not recently, Your fixes are not valid for my issue... call me:

Wise PC 1stAid cannot solve this kinds problems.

You can try to reinstall the ASC program, if you don't want it, use Wise Program Uninstaller to uninstall it.

Or, you can run Wise Care 365--->System Tuneup--->Startup Manager, can you find out ASC? If yes, disable it.

Try to launch sfc /scannow from an elevated command prompt and check if it works (=solves the problem).
If it doesn't work, you can extract that file (or those files)... Check 5th and 7th posts of Chkdsk function not working Windows 7 Pro 32 Upgrade from Vista (click) (that explain how to extract files).
