this happens not only with asc.exe but many other apps windows also during session after session without ending...

I bet if I repair .dll dynamic link libray file associations and re-register the .dll in question, this would stop or get a valid .dll that's erroring and/ or both these, Your saoftware does nothing as I never have the issues You fix ever occur... I have had them but not recently, Your fixes are not valid for my issue... call me:

Try to launch sfc /scannow from an elevated command prompt and check if it works (=solves the problem).
If it doesn't work, you can extract that file (or those files)... Check 5th and 7th posts of Chkdsk function not working Windows 7 Pro 32 Upgrade from Vista (click) (that explain how to extract files).
