wisecleaner_admin Posted January 24, 2014 Report Posted January 24, 2014 Hi, 1, Make sure you have installed adobe flash player. 2, Run IE----Tools----Manage add-ons---Toolbars and Extensions, disable useless add-ons. 3, When you open a websites, please wait a moment, until your browser load all contents of the page, then do scrolling.
joeltruck Posted January 24, 2014 Author Report Posted January 24, 2014 I had adobe flash player installed previously. I tried to download it and get an error message that tells me it can't be downloaded. I set Webroot to allow, but still can't download it. Joel
wisecleaner_admin Posted January 26, 2014 Report Posted January 26, 2014 If you cannot download it from adobe.com, please try this link from softonic.com. Click Here
joeltruck Posted January 27, 2014 Author Report Posted January 27, 2014 I downloaded it and when I hit RUN, The message is "The program might have been moved or deleted" I got this message before when trying to download it.
wisecleaner_admin Posted January 28, 2014 Report Posted January 28, 2014 It seems you need to uninstall the old version of Flash Player. Please open Control Panel---Programs----Programs and Features, Uninstall or change a program, find out Flash Player and uninstall it. Then install the latest. UCanFixIt 1
