If yes, 1, Run Wise Care 365---System Tuneup----Startup Manager, find out Conduit, then disable it and remove it. 2, Run IE 11---Tools---Manage add-ons---Extensions and Toolbars, find out Conduit, then disable it and remove it. 3, If it still pop-up, download Conduit and install it, then uninstall it and turn step 1, step 2.
