Steps to add Wise Care 365 to G DATA Antivirus exclusion list.

1. Open G DATA Antivirus and click the gear icon in the upper right corner to open Settings.

2. Click the Exception button.

3. Click the New button, select Directory, and click the three dots button. Then browse and select C:\Program Files (x86)\Wise

If you installed Wise Care 365 to another location, please select it.

4. Click OK to save settings.

5. Back to the main window of G DATA Antivirus, and click the second tab Virus Protection.

6. Click Show Quarantine.

7. Select the record of Wise Care 365, and click the Delete button.

8. Reinstall Wise Care 365.
