However, due to factors such as updates to the anti-virus software's rules or other unforeseen reasons, Wise Care 365 might be incorrectly flagged as Junkware (PUP): Win32.Application.Agent.12J by G DATA Antivirus (or G DATA Security). This may cause Wise Care 365 to not function, be unable to be reinstalled, or be unable to be updated. If this happens to you, don't worry. We will contact G DATA immediately to correct this false positive as quickly as possible. We also sincerely ask you to submit a false positive report to G Data as a user, which will help us fix this issue quickly.
