april Posted September 10, 2013 Report Share Posted September 10, 2013 Just unplug the power cord, then take out the battery, unplug all usb devices, leave it alone for a minute or two and then replug the power cord and then the battery. Turn the computer on and restart as normal. replug in your usb devices and they will reinstall as usual. Please try the method above, hope it works. Thanks. I don't know the device type, USB disk / USB mouse or others. 1, Install the device driver. (If it has a driver.) 2, Plug it in the rear USB port of the PC. 3, Plug it to another computer to test whether the device is good. 4, Plug another USB device to your computer to test whether the port is good.
