It is the IOBit uninstaller that causes the issue. We suggest you log out of the current user and find the file you mentioned and delete it manually. Thanks. -
1. Click “start”and type “service”, you will get a picture like the picture below, see if the windows defender is listed. 2. If so, set its startup mode to automatically mode, then re-start the system. 3. If not, please download the file from the link below and run it. Hi Vajra Yudha, It is great to hear that you like Wise Cleaner. We will further improve our softwares. WDR 3.16.166 is a special version direct at Wise Folder Hider, and it is the only version for Wise Folder Hider. The other versions including WDR 3.37.179 just diret at files deleted( recover the files which has already deleted) . Are you clear now? Thank you very much for supporting our software. Please first check if the shortcuts are vaild ( double-click these icons and see if the programs can run normally). If so, please fix this issue with the first solution of Wise PC 1stAid. If not, please delete these shotcuts,and re-create new shotcuts. How to create new short cuts : Right-click------properities ----open file location-----find the program---- right-click------send to --- Desktop(create shortcut) While if you can not find the program after you clicking "open file location", please check if the program installed still exists, if not, re-install the program.
