My windows help and support along with any of the help and information windows files does not start. even troubleshooting doesn't start. my widows update is also not working, perhaps due to this.... my internet speed is too slow... I have used wise pc first aid's 7th option... but it still didn't work... now what shoud I do? my internet surfing and downloading speed is very low as you can see in the pic. it is around 15kbps download and 50kbps bandwidth. i have used the 7th option of wise pc first aid, but it didn't work. now what should I do???
