Hi,
Try following steps:
1, Run Wise Program Uninstaller to uninstall "hotspot shield"
2, Right-click Computer---Manage----Device Manage, find out Display adapters and double click it, ----Driver, can you see the Digital Signer as Microsoft Windows Hardware Compatibility Publisher?
If not, click Roll Back Driver to roll back to a early version.
If yes, click Uninstall, then re-install the driver. The driver version must be official and has Microsoft digital signer. You can download driver from the graphic's providers website.
