    1, Click the button Open menu on right-up corner, click Options->Advanced->Network->Settings, default setting is Use system proxy settings, you can try another, No proxy.

     
    2, run IE, click Tools->Internet options->Connections->LAN settings, deselect Proxy server, select Automatically detect settings, click OK to save settings.

    In wise care 365->system tuneup->system optimizer, there is an option "Disable the 'Autoplay' feature on drivers to avoid virus infection"
    When you click Optimize button to optimize system, this 'Autoplay' feature will be disabled. Then plug in USB drive, system will not pop up the dialogue window.
    If you want to see this window, you can click 'System Default' button to restore settings, then reboot system.

    I have analyzed your dump file.
    The issues may be caused by hardware. (the processor)
    You can try following methods to solve it.
    1, Try to update the motherboard chipset driver
    2, Try to update the processor driver
    3, Reinstall operation system
    4, Seek help from your computer providers

    It seems you need to uninstall the old version of Flash Player.
    Please open Control Panel---Programs----Programs and Features, Uninstall or change a program, find out Flash Player and uninstall it.
    Then install the latest.

    Right click on Symbol title bar to open control menu 
    Click Size, then press Arrow keys on the keyboard to change the Symbol window to original size

    It is Realtek High Definition Audio Codecs driver, Download and install it.

    You can turn off your PC's WI-Fi connection.

    Click Start----Run---type services.msc press Enter----find out Volume Shadow Copy and double click it
    Set its startup type as Automatic.

    Restart system
    Then try to backup your system again.

    Hi,
    Try following steps:
    1, Run Wise Program Uninstaller to uninstall "hotspot shield"
    2, Right-click Computer---Manage----Device Manage, find out Display adapters and double click it, ----Driver, can you see the Digital Signer as Microsoft Windows Hardware Compatibility Publisher?

    If not, click Roll Back Driver to roll back to a early version.
    If yes, click Uninstall, then re-install the driver. The driver version must be official and has Microsoft digital signer.  You can download driver from the graphic's providers website.
