Hi, 1, I think your available physical memory is not enough for Win 7, and I guess you don't have a video card. So you'd better to add your memory to 2GB or more. 2, Use a smaller antivirus software, e.g MSE (Microsoft Security Essentials) 3, Run Wise Care 365 to clean system junk files. 4, Run Wise Care 365 to optimize your system. Startup Manager, disable useless startup programs and services. Context Menu, disable useless context menus.

I think AVG cannot do it, but when you install AVG you will install some useless programs. Please tell us more details, a screenshot is very useful.

Wise PC 1stAid cannot solve this kinds problems. You can try to reinstall the ASC program, if you don't want it, use Wise Program Uninstaller to uninstall it. Or, you can run Wise Care 365--->System Tuneup--->Startup Manager, can you find out ASC? If yes, disable it.
