Desinstalei o Wise Care 365 para instalar a última versão do mesmo, e após instalar esta última versão, o programa não inicia. First, when running sfc/exe, appeared "error code 0x000006ba (RPC server is not available). Second, running the file WinXPSP3HomeDefaultServices.bat, it appears the following message, in the window C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe : Acess denied Access denied Access denied ,,,,Press any key to continue... Do you want to stop the batch archive <Y/N> ?

In spite of the Secure Alert for Windows, I ´ve found that the Firewall was disactivated ; After activating, the alarm has gone. But the Central keeps not opening.

Unfortunatelly, nothing happened, even with the folder System32 open and clicking directly in the archive sfc.exe,

There is no message error, simply the Central doesn´t open, and there is a constant alarm, Secure Alert for Windows, in the right lower corner of the screen, near the clock of the system. I try to launch sfc/scannow, but nothing had happened.

Central de Segurança não abre, e está sempre aparecendo um alerta de segurança do Windows, na área onde fica o relógio do sistema. No Painel de Controle aparece o ícone da Central, só que após clicar, não abre.
