I'll do a clean up with Wise Care 365 Pro and also First aid for speed of computer slow. Nothing seems to work. I notice that it usually happens after I've been online for an hour or so. How can I fix this problem? Do I need a new laptop? wisecleaner_admin Posted March 19, 2015 Report Share Posted March 19, 2015 Please open Windows Task Manager (right click on task bar, click Start Task Manager). Then you can start to work. When the system become slow, take a screenshot of Task Manager. I want to know which program is using the highest memory and CPU.
