abcdefgh
Did you cleaned your PC with Adwcleaner? If YES, use System Restore Point that was created before you installed Adwcleaner! If NOT, uninstall both Programs with WPU, restart PC!
xilolee
Click start, type/copy %userprofile%\Downloads, press enter and tell us what it'll happen.
avtroost
Hello Xilo, The result of Click Start, %userprofile%\downloads: cc_20140729_164411.reg
xilolee
I.e.: Did it open the %userprofile%\downloads (the downloads folder)? (Was there that .reg file inside it?) If yes, the folder works correctly, but the icon on your desktop is not the download folder. Solution: right click the download folder, send to, desktop. avtroost
Hello Xilo, when I click on the reg.file Windows asks me if it is allowed to make changes to my computer. Is it safe to click Yes, and what will happen? Is this the righy way to solve my problem?
xilolee
It isn't safe, if you didn't get the reg file from a trusted source. Could it be a ccleaner backup?
avtroost
I don't know the source of the reg file. I don't know if it is a ccleaner backup. (Ccleaner is installed on my computer).

Map Downloads is nu weer te openen. Moet alleen nog wat downloaden/installeren van na de datum van systeemherstel. Thanks! translated from dutch Now I have the computer with System Restore back to put the situation before installing Adwcleaner and Malwarebytes. Downloads folder is open now. Should only some download / install from the date of system. Thanks!
