cannot open USPS.com in IE11 - other browsers work

I try to open USPS.com (US postal service) in IE11 but it wont - gives blank page. I tried other browsers and they can open page.

I have reset all IE11 specs to 'default"

I have NOT FOUND another page I cannot open - all my favourites work

Does the webpage show completely blank?

Or there are suggestions?

Are you using a hosts file?

Ipfilters?

and what do you mean by HOSTS file?

the https://usps.com/ works. Also now when I just type usps.com, all the rest is filled in automatically. I don't know what changed, but it works now. Thank you
