Jayzx
Restarting my computer(laptop) is very slow. The shutdown process takes 15-20 seconds and starting up takes 1 minute blank screen before showing dell progress bar and wise bootup shows 60 up to 110 seconds. Before, it was a smooth restart with 46 up to 53 bootup. The fastest I got was 29 seconds. My computer is completely clean from any kinds of viruses, malwares, adwares and etc. I do a regular clean up with Wise Care 365. Is it because there are lots of programs/software installed? xilolee
Maybe. What can you say about the defragmentation of your system hard drive? Did you remove the dust inside your pc?
