Internet Explorer freezes monmentarily

Hope following steps can help you.

1, Open Control Panel-->Programs-->Turn Windows features on or off. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

   

2, Deselect Internet Explorer 11

3, Click OK and restart computer.

4, Follow the same steps to turn on the Internet Explorer 11 by selecting the check box.

Best solution for this is to switch to Chrome or Mozilla for faster Web-Browsing.

And if chrome or firefox will freeze, switch to opera or torch or (put another web browser name).
