Jayzx Posted May 2, 2014 Report Share Posted May 2, 2014 Hi Chakri, Follow the instructions below to reduce the Hardware acceleration which might help you in resolving the issue. 1. Click Start, click Run, type desk.cpl, and then click OK. 2. Click the Settings tab, and then click Advanced. 3. Click the Troubleshoot tab, and then move the Hardware acceleration slider to None. 4. Click Apply, and then click OK two times. 5. If the issue is resolved after you move the Hardware acceleration slider to None, contact the manufacturer of the graphics adaptor driver to determine whether there is an upgrade that addresses this specific issue. If that does not work, let us check if any software is causing the issue by following the clean boot procedure. Step 1: Perform a clean bootStep 2: Enable half of the servicesStep 3: Determine whether the problem returnsStep 4: Enable half of the Startup itemsStep 5: Determine whether the problem returnsStep 6: Resolve the problem Step 7: Reset the computer to start as usual How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windowshttp://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 After checking the issue, put the computer back to the Normal mode.Uninstall or update the program which is causing the issue. Please post back and let us know if this has helped to resolve your issue. orcheck if the installed drivers are working properly or up to date, if not reinstall and update drives.check if program is compatible with windows 7 (32 bit), if not run Program Compatibility Troubleshooter.
