Wise Care 365 PRO doesn't run PC checkup

The Wise Care 365 PRO, after running Check up PC and just after start to clean it up stops running suddenly. This is my micro: Ecc Asus - Windows 7 Starter - Service Pack 1 - CPU 1,50 GHz - Ram 2,00 GB - 32 bit
