garioch7
Welcome to the WiseCare Forum. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling your printer? Go to Devices and Printers, right click and uninstall it, then reboot and the printer should be detected and the correct drivers installed. If that doesn't work, then you might have damaged/deleted more than just the drivers for your printer. If you have actually compromised your Windows install, then go to an elevated command prompt, and type: sfc /scannow and wait for it to finish. It will fix corrupt Windows files if it can. If not, you would be best advised to try a Windows Repair, but let's take this one step at a time. Hope this helps. Have a great day. garioch7
Right on, Xilo! Forgot about that. I have never had much success with restore points, but certainly worth trying! Have a great day. Regards, -Phil
