η κλαση δεν εχει καταχωρηθει

προσπαθω να ανοιξω ....διαφορα προγραμματα...πχ...movie maker...kai μου βγαζει ...η κλαση δεν εχει καταχωρηθει.....Τι κανω....? καθοτι ασχετος με πολλα πολλα στο pc
