O PC trava

O computador trava constantemente tive um problema de não conseguir abrir nenhum programa ultrapassei isso agora trava em poucos segundos e volta ao normal depois trava de novo assim sucessivamente agradeço ajuda

1, I guess you have installed a thirty-party antivirus software, suggest you to use MSE (Microsoft Security Essentials). It is smaller.

2, Run Wise Care 365----System Tuneup----System Optimizer, optimize your system

3, Run Wise Care 365----System Tuneup----Startup Manager, disable useless startup programs and services.

4, Run Wise Care 365----System Tuneup----Context Menu, disable useless context menus.

5, Run Wise Care 365----System Tuneup----Disk Defrag. you can do it every two months.(If your disk is SSD, please ignore this operation.)

6, Run Wise Care 365----System Tuneup----Registry Defrag. You can scan it every two months. If the scanning result says that you need to defrag registry, then you do it.

7, Run IE 8----Tools----Manage add-ons---Toolbars and Extensions, disable useless extensions.

8, Don't run more than three programs at the same time.
