Have noticed that IE appears in "Programs" and "Programs (x86)", if that's significant. Am unable to uninstall either one; wanted to D/L a new/fresh copy! Running Win7 on laptop. Operating system:Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bit) Service Pack 1 System root: C:\Windows Available physical memory: 1771 MB CPU: AMD C-60 APU with Radeon HD Graphics Drive Info: C: 284.99 GB Internet Explorer: 11.0 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

At the bottom of the screen, there will be an option to reset IE to default options. That might help. Let us know. Have a great day. Open Control Panel---Programs--Turn Windows features on or off Find out Internet Explorer 10 Uncheck it. Restart system.
