عند مشاهد فيديو على اليوتيوب او لعب لعبه اونلاين تتم غلق اللعبه ويظهر لى هذه الرساله

It seems that your PC does not meet the minimum requirements...
Anyway, you can try:
1) uninstall flash player completely, reset your browser to its default settings, reinstall flash player
2) create another browser profile and remove the current browser profile
3) disable the hardware acceleration inside your browser settings
4) enable software rendering to see if this helps: Control Panel, Network and Security, Internet Options, Advanced tab and then Accelerated Graphics, tick Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering, click Apply/OK
