I send you a WiseCleaner's answer to a similar question (that user was using windows vista): Hi,1, Please check sound icon, on the lower right corner of desktop, whether you set mute 1.png2, Check all your media player, whether you set mute.3, Right click sound icon, on the lower right corner of desktop, click Sound.
