Wise Care doesn't see 2 of my hard drives

Recently I have noticed that Wise Care no longer sees two of the hard drives installed in my computer. The issue isn't with the hard drive as other programs see them and I use the hard drives every day. I can't use Wise Cares disk defrag, advanced cleaner or disk eraser.

Here is a screen shot of the hard drives I have on my computer. Wise Care will not see my Drive A or B. It has seen them just fine upuntil recently. I can use the Microsoft disk defrag program just fine on these two drives.

Hi,

I know the reason, please change drive letter of A and B to others (like, J/K).

Drive A and B are not disk drive in usual. Wise care 365 or Wise disk cleaner never list drive A and B.
