即使按照問題中心的辦法依然無法收看也無法下載

Wise好像也沒有相關解決辦法

1) tools, internet options, advanced tab, reset.

2) uninstall adobe flash player

3) go to the flash player download webpage --> flash player 11 (click)

select your operating system and the version of flash player for internet explorer or for the other browsers
