1, Run Wise PC 1stAid, click the 6th icon " cannot open webpages when surfing Internet". If this cannot solve your problem , continue to step 2.

2, Open Internet Explorer----Tools-----Internet options----Connections----LAN setting, unchecked Proxy server , click OK to save settings. If this cannot solve your problem, continue to step 3.

3, Control Panel---Network and Internet----Network and Sharing Center----Change adapter settings---right-click Local area connection, click Properties-----double-clck TCP/IPv4, checked Use the following DNS server address, fill in 8.8.8.8 , press OK to save settings.
