Hi, I am facing blue screen error almost everyday on my Samsung notebook NP300E5X laptop which i purchased recently. The error description is as follow.Please suggest what needs to be done.

First, you can compress the dump file using 7Zip or WinRAR.

Then, upload the compression file.

We have analyzed the dump file, the wmplayer.exe (Windows Media Player) caused the BSOD.

1, update your video card and audio card drivers.

2, re-install Windows Media Player.
