The error description is as follow.Please suggest what needs to be done. WiseCleaner Posted October 22, 2013 Report Posted October 22, 2013 Hi, We have analyzed the dump file, the wmplayer.exe (Windows Media Player) caused the BSOD. 1, update your video card and audio card drivers. 2, re-install Windows Media Player.
