Also, assuming this gets fixed. how secure and clean is this .EXE file? malware free ? is this your product? need the program and I have paid for it already.

It seems the official tool (to recover the passwords for wise folder hider FREE) costs about $10 and it's official (wisecleaner) webpage is this one: https://www.wisecleaner.com/how-to-get-wise-folder-hider-password-back.html It shouldn't be needed if you have got a license for wise folder hider pro. Hope this helps!
