Wise Care 365 Pro update Error

Wise Pro Livetime v.6.3.3.611

Hello, I have a problem with the latest update version 6.3.5.613

When I press the update now button,
I get the following message:

Wise Live Update
Error downloading, please try again .

This has been going on for days now.

I have the same issue, though currently I am attempting to upgrade from version 6.4.2.620. I've previously had the same error messages as the person above when attempting to update previous versions but this time when I click to upgrade my current version it closes the app and nothing happens. I've left it to update for over an hour thinking that perhaps it was just slow but it doesn't update.

Also on the system cleaner tab for the registry cleaner tab it incorrectly lists the date of the last cleanup regardless of how often I have run this utility.

I do like the product and have assisted several friends in purchasing and installing it on their computers and as far as I know they do not have the same issues that I do. I can live with the registry cleaner not displaying the correct date for last run, but the update thing is a major frustration.
