Does free version of Wise Program Uninstaller support windows 10?

I am doing remote support for a friend with a windows 10 laptop.  He downloaded and installed the free version of uninstaller.  Doing that installation gave access to the full user guide at:

https://www.wisecleaner.com/PCE/Help/freeuninstaller/

That user guide does not list windows 10 as being supported.

He tried to run the uninstaller and it froze without displaying the popups described in the user guide.

We are trying to uninstall the Western Digital OEM version of Acronis True Image.

Can anyone shed light?

The latest version of Wise Program Uninstaller supports Windows 11, 10, 8, 7, Vista, and XP.

Because this product is so easy to use, we have not updated the help file.

"He tried to run the uninstaller and it froze". How did it happen? After clicking the "Safe Uninstall" button?
