Fredo11 Posted February 28, 2019 Report Share Posted February 28, 2019 I've owned Wise Registry Cleaner Pro for a few years, but I don't think I've had this problem before. When I request an update check, it tells me there is an update available (this is correct). But when I hit the button to start the update, the only thing that happens is that the install directory in C:\Program Files (x86)\ opens in Explorer. That's it! If I double-click "LiveUpdate.exe" in that folder, the same thing happens: Nothing. How can I update my Pro version successfully? Thanks! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you were using version 10.13, please download and install the latest version 10.15 manually.
